IS your life worth emulating? In my life journey I have been blessed to walk with people who are wiser than me, older than me, who have done greater things than me and many who have walked with Christ for many years or simply love Christ in an admirable manner. I have learnt so much from others and for this I am very grateful. Someone said that we are a total sum of our five closest friends! Social Capital is a great asset, and this is more true in our walk of faith. Paul was confident enough to ask his followers to emulate him in their daily lives. This is because he was fully committed to the cause of the Gospel. His life was also an open book. I get quite challenged by the words in Philippians 4:9 – “Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.” Be frank to yourself: Who is your mentor? Who is your follower – someone who looks up to you? And: IS your life worth emulating?
Transform Weekend-Day 1
SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION The Transform Weekend Day 1 was more than just another gathering; it was a divine appointment with destiny. From the opening moments of the Family Worship Night on Friday, the presence of God filled the atmosphere as deep worship and prophecy flowed. Burdens were lifted, hearts were renewed, and lives were transformed at the House of Faith. Romans 12:1-21 became the foundation of the night, guiding us through the nine powerful lessons on true spiritual transformation. Offer Yourself as a Living Sacrifice “I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” (Romans 12:1) True worship is not just about singing songs—it is about total surrender. God desires that we present ourselves as living sacrifices, fully yielded to Him. When we lay down our own desires and embrace His will, transformation begins. Transform Your Mind “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2) Transformation begins in the mind. To experience a deeper walk with God, we must allow Him to change our thought patterns. As worshippers, our minds should be aligned with the Word of God, rejecting worldly influences and embracing divine wisdom. Be Faithful to Your Calling “Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.” (Romans 12:3) Each of us has been given grace to fulfill a unique assignment. We are not called to compare ourselves with others but to walk faithfully in the mission God has set before us. Spiritual transformation requires humility and obedience to His call. Function Within the Body of Christ “Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” (Romans 12:4-5) No believer can thrive in isolation. We are designed to function within the body of Christ, supporting and strengthening one another. True transformation happens in community, where we encourage and build up our fellow believers. Use Your Gifts Faithfully “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith.” (Romans 12:6) God has deposited gifts in each of us—not for our own glory, but to serve His kingdom. Whether it is prophecy, teaching, serving, or leadership, we are called to use our gifts faithfully and diligently for His glory. Love and Honor Others “Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” (Romans 12:9-10) Genuine love is the mark of a transformed believer. It is not just about words but actions—choosing to honor and exalt others above ourselves. Love breaks barriers, heals wounds, and reflects the heart of God. Be Zealous in Service “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” (Romans 12:11) Laziness is a barrier to transformation. God calls us to serve Him with passion, enthusiasm, and diligence. We must stir up our spirits and remain committed to our assignments, knowing that our labor is never in vain. Be a Practical Believer “Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.” (Romans 12:14) Faith is tested in how we respond to challenges. It is easy to declare that we are born again, but true transformation is seen in how we treat others, especially in difficult moments. Instead of seeking revenge, we are called to let God fight our battles. Walk in Purity and Overcome Evil with Good “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21) Transformation is about living a life of purity and righteousness. The world may operate in revenge, hate, and selfishness, but as transformed believers, we are called to respond with goodness. Our lives should be marked by integrity, holiness, and the light of Christ. A Call to Action: Let God Transform You! As we reflect on these powerful truths, the challenge is clear: Are we willing to surrender and let God transform us? Spiritual transformation is a continuous process, requiring daily commitment, faith, and surrender. Stay connected, keep growing, and walk boldly in true spiritual transformation! God sees your labor of love—keep serving! I don’t know about you but there are seasons that I find myself weary and frustrated in my service to God’s people or even family. There are times it feels thankless to labor in love for people. Other times it’s just burnout. Such seasons can be discouraging and sad. But recently I was reminded that God never forgets our ministry to Him as we labor among His people daily. When we serve humanity we are serving God. Hebrews 6:10 puts it so beautifully: “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.” Are you there right now, almost giving up on your ministry or work? SETTLEMENT IN BUSINESS THROUGH IMPARTATION Beloved, in this season of impartation, my prayer is that you receive divine wisdom to establish and settle in business with the right foundation. I have served the Lord since I was 18 years old, and I hope that something in my journey will inspire you to serve Him wholeheartedly—even in the marketplace. Just as I have looked up to men and women of God who inspired me, I pray that you also find godly examples to follow. Business is more than just making money; it is a calling! Worship is not limited to the church—it extends to how you run your business, for your business should be God’s business, and God’s business should be your business. THE ROOF/COVERING FOR BUSINESS Every building that is complete has a roof, and your business needs a covering to withstand storms and challenges. In this teaching, we focus on the four essential forms of covering for a successful business: 1. The Word of God The Word of God is the foundation that holds your business firm. When you align your business with God’s Word, He establishes and prospers you. 2 Chronicles 20:20 (NKJV): “Believe in the LORD your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” The Prophets of God God has placed spiritual authorities—prophets and men of God—to provide divine guidance. Believing in a prophet or your spiritual cover is not about worshiping them; it is about obeying the word they preach. Deuteronomy 20:1-4 “The LORD your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.” When you receive wisdom from the men of God, you receive divine strategy for success! Giving and Tithing Giving is a spiritual principle that keeps your business under an open heaven. When God blesses you in the marketplace, honor Him by tithing and giving. 📖 Malachi 3:10 “Bring all the tithes into the storehouse… If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing.” God is your business partner! When you give to His work, He secures your business with divine favor and provision. FIGHTING LAZINESS IN BUSINESS One of the greatest enemies of success is laziness. While prayer is essential, faith without work is dead! Hebrews 6:10 “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love…” Proverbs 13:4 “The soul of a lazy man desires and has nothing, but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.” Hard work + God’s grace = Success! Many people misuse the message of grace and think that things will just happen. Even Apostle Paul said, “I labored more abundantly than them all, yet not I, but the grace of God with me.” (1 Corinthians 15:10). Success requires: Hard work – Work with all your strength! (Proverbs 10:4) Creativity – Make time to think and strategize. Diligence – The hand of the diligent will rule! (Proverbs 12:24) WAKE UP & SEIZE OPPORTUNITIES! God has placed opportunities all around us. Some people see barriers everywhere, while others see opportunities! May God open your eyes to see doors that He has set before you! Proverbs 20:13 “Do not love sleep, lest you come to poverty; open your eyes, and you will be satisfied with bread.” Colossians 3:23 “Whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men.” CALL TO ACTION Align your business with God’s covering! Commit to hard work and diligence! Seek divine wisdom and seize opportunities! May the Lord bless the work of your hands and establish you for greatness! MARCH 2025 | Edition 9 | Settlement in Business through Impartation Beloved in Christ, As we step into the month of March, I declare that this shall be a season of impartation—a time when the Word of God will take deep root in our lives and businesses. This year, God has spoken to us about settlement, and in this edition, I want to share some foundational principles to help you establish your business in divine order. How Do You Receive the Word of God in Church? The Word of God is life-changing, but how you receive it determines its impact on your life. There are three ways you must receive the Word: By Faith – The Bible says, “The word did not profit them because they did not mix it with faith” (Hebrews 4:2). The enemy will always challenge God’s Word with doubt, but you must resist overthinking and simply believe! When God speaks, take Him at His Word. By Speaking – Faith is released through your words. Just as the woman with the issue of blood “said to herself” (Matthew 9:21), you must speak the promises of God over your life and business. Stop confessing impossibilities and start declaring victory. Your price tag is heavenly! By Practicing the Word – The Bible commands us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only (James 1:22). When you see yourself in the mirror of the Word, believe it and act on it. Every morning, make it your priority to magnify the Lord, for He delights in the prosperity of His people (Psalm 35:27). Lessons from the Marketplace Through my journey in business and ministry, I have learned key principles about financial success. If you are to thrive in the marketplace, you must understand these three foundational elements: The Three Forms of Money Money is a Tool – Like a hammer, money is useful but money is not the ultimate goal. Use it wisely to build what matters. Money is a Trust – “If you are not faithful with unrighteous mammon, who will entrust you with true riches?” (Luke 16:11-12). God watches how we handle money before entrusting us with greater kingdom resources. Money is a Test – Be careful of greed and the love of money, for they lead to destruction (1 Timothy 6:9-10). Instead of pursuing wealth, pursue your God-given vision, and the resources will follow. Building a Business with Kingdom Principles Every successful business must have these three key elements: Foundation – Your faith in God is the bedrock of everything you do. Practice integrity, honor God through tithing and giving, and let your business be a testimony of His faithfulness. Structure – A thriving business requires order. Know your income, tithe with understanding, and practice financial discipline. Losses happen, but resilience and strategy will keep you standing. Work smart, be original, and aim for excellence in all you do. Roof – Your business must cover your personal, family, and church responsibilities. Never neglect yourself, your loved ones, or your spiritual walk in pursuit of wealth. Enjoy what God has given you, for life is not a rehearsal—it is happening now! The Seven People to Avoid in Business To build a sustainable business, you must avoid certain people. Be cautious of: The Lazy – They lack drive and slow down progress. The Unfaithful – If they cannot be trusted, they will compromise your business. The Gossipers – “A gossip separates close friends” (Proverbs 16:28). They bring division and strife. The Thieves – Anyone who steals once will do it again. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. (Ephesians 4:28). The Ungrateful – Those who do not appreciate opportunities will not value them. And Remember ungratefulness is a sign of the end times. 2Timothy 3:1-3; But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy Those who lack Integrity– Integrity is key to longevity in business. The Envious – Those who constantly compete with you instead of supporting you will never celebrate your success. Final Word & Call to Prayer Beloved, God is calling us to prayer! As we embark on this season of impartation, I urge you to engage in prayer like never before. The secret to divine settlement in business is found in seeking the Lord earnestly. Prayer is work, and prayer works! May this month be one of divine breakthroughs, wisdom, and favor in your business. Have you ever gone through something and wondered where is God? I have learned through my many tests that God may seem silent. But I am encouraged to know that even as we do tests in schools, the teacher is always silent. But the teacher is always watching!! So God is always watching!! He never forgets us!! Family Worship Night – February Edition
A NIGHT OF COMMITMENT AND BREAKTHROUGH. Beloved, This past Friday, we gathered as a church family for our very first Family Worship Night this year at the House of Faith, Thika Road, and what a night it was! It was an evening of deep worship, fervent prayer, and powerful revelations centered on God’s desire to settle families. The atmosphere was charged with faith and expectation, and as the presence of God moved among us, lives were transformed, burdens were lifted, and families were restored. We stood together in prayer for those who attended and the families that sent in their prayer requests online, believing that God is not limited by distance. KEY LESSONS TO SETTLE YOUR FAMILY There are four keys that we learn from Cornelius in Acts 10:1-2—keys that can unlock divine settlement in our families: Commitment to God – Cornelius was devoted and fully committed to God. The power of a committed family cannot be underestimated. Are you fully in or sitting on the fence? A Giving Heart – Cornelius was a giver, and the Bible tells us that givers will never lack. A generous family attracts the blessing of God. May you be known for your generosity and your giving! A Life of Prayer – Cornelius was a prayerful man, and prayer remains a pillar of strong families. Wage war in the spirit and fight for the salvation of your household. The Fear of God – The fear of the Lord is the foundation of a blessed family. Run your family like a believer—walk and talk like a believer! We declared that our families will never be the same again. We waged war against anything that had unsettled our families and proclaimed that none in our bloodline will perish, but all shall serve the Lord! CALL TO ACTION Let this be your challenge this week: Be fully committed to God and your family. Give generously to those around you. Pray without ceasing for your household. Live in the fear of God, setting an example for generations to come. Don’t allow a week to pass without showing generosity May the Lord settle your family in every way, and may your household be a testimony of His faithfulness! “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7 Today my reflection is that inner peace comes not from having all that we need or desire, but rather from being grateful for and contented with what we have today. Declare by faith: “My family shall be settled this year!” Divine settlement in your personal life begins with your family. When God establishes a family, He gives clear signs to confirm His work. God will give you laughter – Just as Sarah laughed in wonder when the angel announced Isaac’s birth, you will testify with joy! God will take you to new levels – You will not remain stagnant; He is lifting your family higher. God will reveal hidden treasures – Long-awaited breakthroughs and blessings will come forth. Building a Strong Family Foundation The Word reminds us in Proverbs 24:3-4: “Through wisdom, a house is built, and by understanding it is established; by knowledge, the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches.” For a strong and settled family, you need: Knowledge – The right information about marriage, parenting, and relationships. Understanding – Comprehending the roles and responsibilities in a family. Wisdom – Applying God’s principles to sustain love, unity, and success. Marriage, parenting, and family life require more than emotions—they demand knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. Many careers require years of training, yet marriage—the very foundation of family—often has no preparation. It’s time to equip ourselves with godly wisdom for lasting family settlement. What Makes a Family Strong? A Place of Unconditional Love – Love your family as God loves you. Pray for grace to love your family even in their imperfection. A True Home – Home is not just a place to sleep; it should be a place of joy, peace, and belonging. A Center for Celebration – Appreciate your spouse, children, and loved ones. Create a culture of encouragement and gratitude. Praise Report: Go Ye Mission Week Victory! This past week, we witnessed the power of the Gospel as we took the message of Jesus Christ to Gumba Estate and Roysambu in Nairobi Kenya. The gospel was preached, souls were won, lives were transformed, and people gave their hearts to Jesus! Glory to God! Thank you to all who supported and participated in this mission. Let’s keep the fire burning! Your prayers, giving, and involvement make a difference in advancing the Kingdom. Love is in the Air “Love is in the air!!” That’s the phrase this weekend, and it’s a good feeling to celebrate love. In a world full of hatred, wars, malice and calamities, we need to pause and reflect on the beauty of friendship, family, community and nations. But what kind of love are you talking about this weekend? Is it genuine, giving, sacrificing and forgiving love? Have you sung a beautiful song to the ones you love? Have you taken time to let them know that you are pleased with them? Now think about it: God, through His Son Jesus, is Emmanuel – God with us; He loves us and is happy with us. He even sings joyfully over us… that now is LOVE… “The Lord your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.”” Zephaniah 3:17
