📖 Kingdom Principles on Finances – Part 3 Dear Family, Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. This past Sunday was no ordinary day—it was a vibrant African Celebration Sunday filled with testimonies, joy, and gratitude. Just two days before, we gathered for a powerful dinner to celebrate Faith Today TV’s 2nd Anniversary. We are indeed seeing the hand of God. 💬 God is Not Silent About Your Finances Let me remind you—God is not silent about wealth, riches, and financial settlement. His word is full of guidance on how we are to walk in prosperity with integrity. In this Year of Settlement, I believe He is not just settling us spiritually and in our families, but even in our finances. “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.” – 2 Corinthians 8:9 Say this out loud with me: “Through Christ’s poverty, I am rich.” 🧠 Change Your Mindset – Prosperity Starts Inside Child of God, poverty isn’t just about money—it’s a mindset. If all you’ve ever seen is struggle and lack in your family, I encourage you today: declare war on poverty. Say with me, “I hate poverty with all my heart, in Jesus’ name.” “The man began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous.” – Genesis 26:13 🔥 There are three stages of prosperity: Begin ➡️ Continue ➡️ Become very prosperous. We all start somewhere, but we don’t stop there. That one-room house, that small idea, that side business—it is just the beginning. “Where you are is not where you’ll always be.” 💎 Wealth Is Your Portion In Psalm 113:7, we read how God raises the poor out of the dust. Beloved, your family background may be humble, but your future is not. You will sit with princes. You will own what you once rented. You will lend and not borrow! Start thinking like someone who is wealthy. The best of the land is yours. You deserve to enjoy the good things God has prepared—without guilt, and without apology. You don’t have to stay in a place of ridicule. You deserve the best! 💡 Golden Ideas, Divine Breakthroughs It only takes one idea to change your life. I’m praying for God to release a divine idea that will open financial doors you’ve never imagined. God will raise millionaires in our church; kingdom financiers, those who will carry the burden of the Gospel. “Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.” – Psalm 112:3 Let this be your confession: “Wealth and riches will be in my house.” ⏳ Be Patient – Prosperity Takes Time We live in a fast-paced world but remember this: You must start somewhere. Don’t compare yourself with those who started before you. Your process is unique. Let God complete that which He started in you. Be patient—it’s a fruit of the Spirit. 📣 Final Words of Encouragement I don’t glorify poverty. I glorify a God who prospers His children. So rise up in faith and declare your new season. Continue growing, continue building, and never stop until you become very prosperous. 🙏 Corporate Prayer Rhythm (CPR) Let’s continue to pray for peace and prosperity in Kenya and the body of Christ. Praise Report – Faith Prayer Network

A Season of Divine Alignment Through Corporate Prayer Rhythm (CPR) Overcoming Faith Church continues to stand as a beacon of prayer, power, and prophetic purpose! This past season has been nothing short of transformational as we walked through the 30 Days of the Corporate Prayer Rhythm (CPR)—a spiritual journey launched during the Prayer Summit – June Edition, hosted by Bishop Peter and Rev. Faith Ndungu, and climaxed during the Holy Assembly – July Edition on 5th July 2025 via an impactful online gathering.   During this sacred hour of prayer (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM EAT), we witnessed a divine move as God responded with tangible testimonies and praise reports from OFC Pastors. Among them was the resounding success of the Faith Today TV 2nd Year Anniversary Fundraising Dinner, an event full of generosity, excitement and crowned with prophetic prayer from Bishop Peter. A Call to Faithfulness & Commitment Bishop Peter, Our Commander in Chief, delivered a very short but anointed message on faithful stewardship, love, and unwavering service, drawing from the early Church’s example. He reminded us to be faithful in what God has entrusted to us—our resources, our roles, and even the little things. He also urged continued prayer for the nation’s current state—especially the vulnerability and desperation of our young people—warning that when we stop praying, the enemy takes advantage. “These two ministries are non-negotiable: the Word and prayer,” he declared. “Let us be steadfast like the early Church. Let us equally learn from David who prayed morning, noon, and night.” Psalm 55:17 — “Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice.” The Altar of Prayer Continues Though the 30-day CPR has concluded, the fire on the prayer altar will not go out! We now enter a season of personal and ongoing corporate prayer. A special thanks goes to the Faith Prayer Network community for facilitating CPR through WhatsApp and Google Meet, connecting the OFC Family across regions. Join the Continuous Corporate Prayer Rhythm Let us not grow weary. The Prayer Rhythm continues weekly: Every Friday: 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM EAT Every Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM EAT (Sunrise service) As written in Acts 2:40: “And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, ‘Be saved from this perverse generation.’” Let us remain rooted in prayer, steadfast in our faith, and united in purpose. The revival has begun—and your voice matters on the altar. #FaithPrayerNetwork | #CPR2025 | #PrayerAltarContinues | #OvercomingFaithChurch

Kingdom Principles on Finances –Part 2 | June 22, 2025 “Build houses and settle down; plant gardens and eat what they produce.”  Jeremiah 29:5 NIV Dear Beloved, Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we continue in this powerful series on Kingdom Principles on Finances, I want to encourage you to remember that God is not silent about your money, wealth and financial well-being. In this year of Settlement, it is the will of God that you settle even in your finances. In Jeremiah 29, God speaks to His children while in captivity, commanding them to build and settle. That word is still alive today. You may not have seen what you hoped for yet, but now is the time to build, to own, and to settle. “You can start as a tenant, but you will not end as one. Begin to dream the house you will sleep in.” 1. Settlement Begins on the Inside Settlement isn’t just about where you live. It’s about a decision you make in your heart. You first settle in your mindset before you settle in your physical environment. May you receive the grace to own and build. 2. Think Like a Builder, Not a Tenant God told His people to stop pitching tents and start building. In the same way, I challenge you: Think like a builder. Upgrade your mindset. Raise your capacity. “You can’t build something permanent on something you don’t own.” 3. Your Spirituality Must Reflect in Your Finances We don’t just attend church we build houses, raise families, and create generational wealth. Our God is a God of completion, and His desire is that you enjoy the fruit of your labor. “Wealth and riches will be in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.” — Psalm 112:3 4. Break the Poverty Mentality The poverty mindset makes you settle for less, doubt your worth, and shrink your dreams. But God is not the God of small dreams. He’s the God of abundance! “Your background does not define your destiny.” Begin to see yourself owning, thriving, and empowering others. Upgrade your thinking and God will match it with divine increase. 5. Practice Faith, Responsibility, and Work The Word tells us to live a quiet life, working with our hands and not being a burden to others. Yes, prophesy over your life—but also plan, structure, and take action. “Stop being a burden—become a blessing.” Set goals, write them down, and pursue them. Fight for your destiny. Believe God for bigger. Declarations to Speak Over Your Life I am not a beggar—I am a builder. Wealth and riches will be found in my house. My children will rise and be mighty in the land. I will not die poor. I will live to glorify God. I am blessed in the city and in the field. Final Thoughts The difference between the rich and poor is often the ability to see opportunities. What you see determines what you seize. “If you can see your life changing, it will surely change.” Thank you for reading this week’s issue of Faith Today Newsletter and walking this Journey with us. We’ll continue this transformative series next week. Until then, may your faith grow stronger, and your hands prosper in all you do. Faith Today Newsletter 19 – Prayer Summit Day 2

Prayer Summit – Day 2 | June 7, 2025 Jesus is Lord, What a glorious two-day encounter we’ve had at the House of Faith! As we conclude the 2025 edition of our Prayer Summit, I am filled with gratitude and awe at how God has spoken and given us divine instruction on how to secure our remaining half of the year with The Prayer strategy. We are reminded that prayer is not just a habit—it is Heaven’s strategy for breakthrough. This gathering was more than a meeting; it was a spiritual activation and a turning point for Overcoming Faith Church. Your hunger for God has released something powerful in the Spirit realm. Message Highlight by Rev. Thomas Ngaru Rev. Thomas brought a powerful and timely message titled “The Court of Many Colors”, drawing parallels between the life of Joseph and our spiritual journey as believers. “From the moment you accepted Jesus Christ, you were robed with favor—and that attracts battles, but also glory.” Like Joseph, your path may lead through the pit, Potiphar’s house, prison—but it will surely arrive at purpose. God places a spiritual coat upon us—the devil recognizes it and fights it, but he cannot destroy it. Even in the fire, God is present. Even in the lion’s den, His hand sustains. Joseph didn’t quit. He didn’t compromise. He endured. That coat of many colors is your prophetic identity—a sign that you are marked by Heaven. “People with great destiny often fight greater battles—your pain has a purpose!” A Call to Prayer As we move forward, God is calling us not just to moments of prayer, but to a lifestyle of prayer. Let us carry the fire ignited in this summit into our families, workplaces, communities and continue building spiritual altars that stand strong. Let your home be a house of prayer. Stand in the gap for your children, our nation, and the church. Develop spiritual persistence—pray again and again, just as Jesus did. The summit may have ended, but the altar remains burning. I urge you: Do not put out the flame. 🔥 What’s Next We invite you to the 30 Days of Open Heavens from today until July 8, 2025. Join us daily for: 6:30 AM – Morning Glory Prayer 12:00 PM – Midday Prayer & Confessions 9:30 PM – Family Altar & National Intercession 📣 Announcements Daughters of Faith (DOF) Prayer Breakfast 📅 21st June 2025 | 📍 OFC Githurai 45 30 Days of Open Heavens 🕊️ June 7 – July 8, 2025 | Daily prayer commitment Faith Today TV 2nd Year Anniversary 🎉 4th July 2025 | Celebration of impact through media Closing Charge “The coat of many colors is Heaven’s reminder: You are covered, you are called, and you are not alone.” Walk forward in prayer. Faith Today Newsletter 18 – Prayer Summit Day 1

The Prayer Strategy – Prayer Summit Day 1 Greetings OFC Church, Today marks a special turning point for our ministry and for you. As we launched into this 2-day Prayer Summit we are reminded that prayer is not a ritual—it is a strategy given by God to help us conquer the battles of life. “Prayer is a divine strategy. It’s not our last option—it’s our first response.” 1. Prayer is a Strategy for Victory Jesus spent entire nights in prayer. That was His strategy. When overwhelmed, He prayed. When under pressure, He prayed. God is calling us into that same place of persistence, where spiritual authority is released. In Matthew 26:36-40, Jesus went back and prayed again and again. Why? Because prayer works. “If Jesus, the Son of God, prayed persistently—how much more should we?” 2. Your Authority in Prayer We don’t pray for formality. We pray to resist the enemy, to bring back what was stolen, and to declare victory in the spirit. I want to remind you, the devil exists. “Whether you like it or not, the devil exists. You can’t kill him—but you can resist him.” Our mission is spiritual. That’s why we are on Faith Today TV—not for popularity, but to redeem the airwaves from the enemy’s grip. 4. Prayer is a Ministry, Not Just a Moment Prayer isn’t reserved for Sunday—it is our daily discipline. Jesus said, “Men ought always to pray and not lose heart” (Luke 18:1). Before you eat—pray. Before you travel—pray. Before you speak—pray. David prayed three times a day. We can too. 17Evening and morning and at noon I will pray, and cry aloud, And He shall hear my voice. 18 He has redeemed my soul in peace from the battle that was against me, For there were many against me. Psalm 55:17-18 NKJV A Call to 30 Days of Strategic Prayer Join us from 7th June 2025 to 8th July 2025 for a corporate prayer rhythm: 6:30 AM – Morning prayer 12:00 PM – Midday prayer 9:30 PM – Evening prayer Let’s cover our families, our ministry, and our nation for 30 days. Just 10 minutes each time—and watch what God will do! Final Encouragement Remember this praying again and again is not a lack of faith—it’s an expression of your dependency on God. If there’s one thing you do this month—pray. If you have strength for food, you have strength for prayer. Let us return to God in persistence and power. Announcements 📅 2-Day Prayer Summit: June 6th & 7th at House of Faith, Thika Road 🕐 Time: 8:00 AM – Come with prayer needs & and an expectant heart 📢 Holy Assembly Prayers: Open to all ministers, leaders & believers  tomorrow. Transform Weekend-Day 1

SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION The Transform Weekend Day 1 was more than just another gathering; it was a divine appointment with destiny. From the opening moments of the Family Worship Night on Friday, the presence of God filled the atmosphere as deep worship and prophecy flowed. Burdens were lifted, hearts were renewed, and lives were transformed at the House of Faith. Romans 12:1-21 became the foundation of the night, guiding us through the nine powerful lessons on true spiritual transformation. Offer Yourself as a Living Sacrifice “I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” (Romans 12:1) True worship is not just about singing songs—it is about total surrender. God desires that we present ourselves as living sacrifices, fully yielded to Him. When we lay down our own desires and embrace His will, transformation begins. Transform Your Mind “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” (Romans 12:2) Transformation begins in the mind. To experience a deeper walk with God, we must allow Him to change our thought patterns. As worshippers, our minds should be aligned with the Word of God, rejecting worldly influences and embracing divine wisdom. Be Faithful to Your Calling “Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.” (Romans 12:3) Each of us has been given grace to fulfill a unique assignment. We are not called to compare ourselves with others but to walk faithfully in the mission God has set before us. Spiritual transformation requires humility and obedience to His call. Function Within the Body of Christ “Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others.” (Romans 12:4-5) No believer can thrive in isolation. We are designed to function within the body of Christ, supporting and strengthening one another. True transformation happens in community, where we encourage and build up our fellow believers. Use Your Gifts Faithfully “We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith.” (Romans 12:6) God has deposited gifts in each of us—not for our own glory, but to serve His kingdom. Whether it is prophecy, teaching, serving, or leadership, we are called to use our gifts faithfully and diligently for His glory. Love and Honor Others “Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” (Romans 12:9-10) Genuine love is the mark of a transformed believer. It is not just about words but actions—choosing to honor and exalt others above ourselves. Love breaks barriers, heals wounds, and reflects the heart of God. Be Zealous in Service “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord.” (Romans 12:11) Laziness is a barrier to transformation. God calls us to serve Him with passion, enthusiasm, and diligence. We must stir up our spirits and remain committed to our assignments, knowing that our labor is never in vain. Be a Practical Believer “Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.” (Romans 12:14) Faith is tested in how we respond to challenges. It is easy to declare that we are born again, but true transformation is seen in how we treat others, especially in difficult moments. Instead of seeking revenge, we are called to let God fight our battles. Walk in Purity and Overcome Evil with Good “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 12:21) Transformation is about living a life of purity and righteousness. The world may operate in revenge, hate, and selfishness, but as transformed believers, we are called to respond with goodness. Our lives should be marked by integrity, holiness, and the light of Christ. A Call to Action: Let God Transform You! As we reflect on these powerful truths, the challenge is clear: Are we willing to surrender and let God transform us? Spiritual transformation is a continuous process, requiring daily commitment, faith, and surrender. Stay connected, keep growing, and walk boldly in true spiritual transformation! God is calling us to settle into a transformed life—will you answer the call? In His service, Bishop Peter Ndungu General Overseer Overcoming Faith Church.

MARCH 2025 | Edition 9 | Settlement in Business through Impartation Beloved in Christ, As we step into the month of March, I declare that this shall be a season of impartation—a time when the Word of God will take deep root in our lives and businesses. This year, God has spoken to us about settlement, and in this edition, I want to share some foundational principles to help you establish your business in divine order. How Do You Receive the Word of God in Church? The Word of God is life-changing, but how you receive it determines its impact on your life. There are three ways you must receive the Word: By Faith – The Bible says, “The word did not profit them because they did not mix it with faith” (Hebrews 4:2). The enemy will always challenge God’s Word with doubt, but you must resist overthinking and simply believe! When God speaks, take Him at His Word. By Speaking – Faith is released through your words. Just as the woman with the issue of blood “said to herself” (Matthew 9:21), you must speak the promises of God over your life and business. Stop confessing impossibilities and start declaring victory. Your price tag is heavenly!  By Practicing the Word – The Bible commands us to be doers of the Word and not hearers only (James 1:22). When you see yourself in the mirror of the Word, believe it and act on it. Every morning, make it your priority to magnify the Lord, for He delights in the prosperity of His people (Psalm 35:27). Lessons from the Marketplace Through my journey in business and ministry, I have learned key principles about financial success. If you are to thrive in the marketplace, you must understand these three foundational elements: The Three Forms of Money Money is a Tool – Like a hammer, money is useful but money is not the ultimate goal. Use it wisely to build what matters. Money is a Trust – “If you are not faithful with unrighteous mammon, who will entrust you with true riches?” (Luke 16:11-12). God watches how we handle money before entrusting us with greater kingdom resources. Money is a Test – Be careful of greed and the love of money, for they lead to destruction (1 Timothy 6:9-10). Instead of pursuing wealth, pursue your God-given vision, and the resources will follow. Building a Business with Kingdom Principles Every successful business must have these three key elements: Foundation – Your faith in God is the bedrock of everything you do. Practice integrity, honor God through tithing and giving, and let your business be a testimony of His faithfulness. Structure – A thriving business requires order. Know your income, tithe with understanding, and practice financial discipline. Losses happen, but resilience and strategy will keep you standing. Work smart, be original, and aim for excellence in all you do. Roof – Your business must cover your personal, family, and church responsibilities. Never neglect yourself, your loved ones, or your spiritual walk in pursuit of wealth. Enjoy what God has given you, for life is not a rehearsal—it is happening now! The Seven People to Avoid in Business To build a sustainable business, you must avoid certain people. Be cautious of: The Lazy – They lack drive and slow down progress. The Unfaithful – If they cannot be trusted, they will compromise your business. The Gossipers – “A gossip separates close friends” (Proverbs 16:28). They bring division and strife. The Thieves – Anyone who steals once will do it again.  Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labor, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. (Ephesians 4:28). The Ungrateful – Those who do not appreciate opportunities will not value them. And Remember ungratefulness is a sign of the end times. 2Timothy 3:1-3; But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. 2 People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy Those who lack Integrity– Integrity is key to longevity in business. The Envious – Those who constantly compete with you instead of supporting you will never celebrate your success. Final Word & Call to Prayer Beloved, God is calling us to prayer! As we embark on this season of impartation, I urge you to engage in prayer like never before. The secret to divine settlement in business is found in seeking the Lord earnestly. Prayer is work, and prayer works! May this month be one of divine breakthroughs, wisdom, and favor in your business. Stay rooted in faith, walk in integrity, and let God establish the work of your hands! In His Service, Bishop Peter Ndungu General Overseer, Overcoming Faith Church #FaithToday #SettlementInBusiness #Impartation #KingdomMarketplace #Yeartosettle
